Programs
The Power of Prevention
LP SADD develops, facilitates, and implements quality prevention programming for students in grades K-12. Program content is evidence-based/informed and proven effective in school-based settings. Prevention lessons are relevant to the targeted age group and universal to all students being served.

Youth Empowerment
SADD accomplishes its mission by equipping students with the leadership skills and tools necessary to be successful in peer-to-peer education. Livingston Parish SADD fosters a sense of belonging, and promotes confidence, resiliency, and adaptability. We believe only good things happen when you are willing to step out of your comfort zone for others. Here are just a few of our past students who took a chance and stepped out of their comfort zones.
Livingston Parish SADD allowed me to build new relationships and networks in my community, challenge myself to take on new responsibilities at the state and national level, and provided me ways to apply safe and healthy habits into real world situations. I will forever be grateful!
