This Terms of Use and Privacy Statement sets forth the standards of use of the Livingston Parish SADD website. By using the Lpsadd.org website (the “site”) you (the “User”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this site. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the site. Livingston Parish SADD is providing user with information on its products, programs and services. User must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for User’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.

The site is provided by Livingston Parish SADD on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Livingston Parish SADD makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this website in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. 5. Modifications and Interruption to Service
Livingston Parish SADD reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the User. Livingston Parish SADD shall not be liable to users or any third party should Livingston Parish SADD exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. User acknowledges and accepts that Livingston Parish SADD does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

Livingston Parish SADD reviews anonymous statistical information in order to better understand User habits and behaviors on the site in aggregate. Livingston Parish SADD uses this information with the intent to provide users with enhancements in navigation and content. 13. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
Livingston Parish SADD collects personally identifiable user data via forms on the site. These forms allow users to contact representatives of Livingston Parish SADD, to submit chapter information, to register for events or to collect donations (via PayPal). Information collected in the forms is in no way shared with third parties, except in the case where the law requires us to do so. Information collected in forms is stored in the United States. If you are accessing the site from outside of the United States, users should be aware of that fact and are, therefore, doing so willingly. Information collected via forms is accessible by Livingston Parish SADD staff members, volunteers, database vendors, partners or consultants hired by Livingston Parish SADD. Credit card data is not maintained directly by Livingston Parish SADD Staff. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Livingston Parish SADD in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition.
